In this post we will learn how to setup email account for first time in Mozilla Thunderbird.
Steps to add your email account in Mozilla thunderbird:
- Go to start menu.
- Search for thunderbird.
- Press enter to open thunderbird on PC.
- You will see form to fill your details if you have not setup email in thunderbird.
- Type name you want to use for email.
- Type your email address that you want to setup in thunderbird.
- Now type your password.
- Click on continue. Everything will be configured automatically if you are using Gmail or outlook account.
- Click on done.
- Now login form will open with your email typed.
- Click on next.
- Enter your password again.
- Verify your account if you have enabled 2-step verification.
- Now you have to allow Mozilla Thunderbird Email to access your google account.
- So we will click on allow.
- Now we have setup successfully, you will see message here that account has been created successfully. You will see all email and folders are loading.
