A woman’s mahram is a person whom she is never permitted to marry because of their close blood relationship (her father, grandfather, great-grandfather, etc., and her son, grandson, great-grandson, etc., her paternal and maternal uncles, her brother, brother’s son and sister’s son), or because of radaa’ah or breastfeeding (such as the brother and husband of the woman who breastfed her), or because they are related by marriage (such as the mother’s husband, the husband’s father, father’s grandfather, etc., and the husband’s son, husband’s grandson, etc.).
Except these everyone are Non-Maharam for woman even your cousin brothers, boy friends and boyfriend.

“And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their khumur over their juyub and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband’s father, their sons, their husband’s son, their brothers, their brother’s son, their sister’s son, their women, that which their right handspossess or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. […]”

Believing women are commanded to do in front of Non-Mahram:
1. Lower their gaze.
2. Guard their private parts.
3. Not display their beauty and ornaments except what (ordinarily) appears thereof.
4. Take their khimar (head cover) and cover their chest (and other previously exposed areas)
5. Not to display their beauty except to their Mahrams (husband, father, brother…etc as mentioned in Quran 24:31).
6. Not to stamp on the ground such that sound of their ornament is revealed to others. To walk humbly (in modest way).
